Kevin ballinger

A retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander and FBI-trained anti-terrorism specialist, Kevin brings 38 years of experience in national security, vulnerability assessment, and emergency management.
He has led classified operations across the United States and abroad, served as Anti-Terrorist Officer for the East Coast, and trained law enforcement and first responders in emergency response and weapons of mass destruction. Kevin founded Strategic Force USA to bring that depth of experience to the organizations that depend on getting security right.

A former Naval Criminal Investigative Service professional and Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist, Michael brings a career built at the intersection of law enforcement, physical security, and force protection.
Certified in Homeland Security through Levels I through V by the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute, he has served as an Anti-Terrorism Training Officer, Small Arms Instructor, and Law Enforcement Supervisor under NCIS. His background spanning customs operations, counter-surveillance, and regional operations brings a depth of frontline law enforcement expertise that few consulting firms can match.
